The location of Smart Stay Hostel Munich City was perfect for exploring the city, with everything within walking distance or a short train ride away. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any needs or questions we had. The lobby had free wifi and plenty of plugs for charging our devices. We also appreciated the option to store our luggage both during our stay and on the day of departure. Under-bed storage in the rooms provided a secure solution for keeping our belongings out of sight.

The hostel had comfortable and clean beds, which made for a restful stay during my city break. The location was also convenient, with a metro station nearby and the city's main attractions within a 10-15 minute walk. the hostel had a kitchen and a bar, allowing guests to prepare their own meals or socialize with other travelers.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the WiFi was not available in the dormitory rooms on the 2nd floor, which meant I had to go downstairs to the reception area to use the internet.

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Munich. the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive, ensuring that all the basic amenities were provided. The location was also excellent, with the hotel being very close to the underground and within walking distance of many restaurants. Additionally, being close to one of Munich's Christmas Markets was a bonus, adding to the festive atmosphere of my stay.
All was perfect, nothing that could be improved.

Spacious and no frills. I come, pay, stay, and go. No unnecessary restrictions to bother me.
Cold shower. It was winter, but the hot shower was cold (or not hot enough). Not very nice.

The bed in 6-bed room is a little short. Tall man wouldn't sleep comfortable there.
